What happens to what you send us.
The only personal data you give this site is what you type into the request form. This page says what happens to it, and what the server records when you visit.
Who is responsible
The request form
The form asks for your company, your name, a phone number or email address, the product and application, what you need, and a message. Only the name and the phone or email are required. With each request the server also records the time it arrived, your IP address and your browser’s identification string, so that abuse can be spotted.
We use this only to answer your request: to send a sample or data sheets, to quote a price, or to answer a technical question. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The request is emailed to office@fibrocel.eu and kept in a file on our web server, outside the public part of the site. Our web host and email provider handle it on our behalf.
Requests are kept for {{DATA_RETENTION}} and then deleted. If a request leads to an order, the order records are kept for as long as Bulgarian law requires.
Visiting the site
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, time, page and browser of each visit in its logs, to keep the site running and secure.
Videos load only when you press Play. The player then comes from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google’s privacy policy applies to it.
The map on the contact page is drawn from OpenStreetMap data and comes from this site. If you press Show Google Map, the map then comes from Google, and the same privacy policy applies to it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to office@fibrocel.eu. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), Bulgaria’s supervisory authority.
