Building mixture fibre
The FC series is milled cellulose fibre for dry mixes and liquid systems. Dosed at 0.2–0.6%, it improves water retention, bonding, workability and crack resistance without changing the rest of the formulation.

By mass of the dry mix. Where no range is shown, we recommend a dosage for your formulation with the sample.
Cellulose fibre holds water in the fresh mortar and releases it as the cement hydrates, so the surface doesn’t dry ahead of the bond. Its open structure also lets moisture move between the mortar and the substrate, which is what improves adhesion and early crack resistance.
In liquid systems such as paints, coatings and fillers, the same fibre works as a thickener, a carrier and a dispersant. It is also used as a filter aid.

Store indoors, dry. Shelf life 12 months. Transport in closed trucks or containers.
