CELLULOSE FIBERS

Cellulose fibers are produced from recycled cellulose, which contains a minimum of 75% cellulose as raw material. This is again processed into gray fibers for use in various construction and industrial applications. These fibers can also be formulated to meet the specific needs of the customer in terms of everything from particle size distribution to bag size and weight. These gray fibers provide a cost-effective alternative for those industries requiring a reliable filler without the expense of pure alpha cellulose. In applications ranging from roofing products to wiping cloths, cellulose fibers provide various advantages and properties.

BENEFITS

Three-dimensional > Cross-linking effect > Adds stability > Thixotropic Control > Crack inhibitor > Shrinkage control > Time control setting > Increase in volumetric > Longer open time and better adhesive strength coverage > Increased green strength

APPLICATION

Roofing coatings > Protective coatings > Athletic surface coatings > Filling and sealing cracks > Construction products > Grouting and sealing materials > Industrial/fireproofing applications > Rubber and plastics
